How We Deliver Joy to Your Doorstep

At textstiles, we want your shopping experience to feel effortless and exciting! Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your second-hand treasures to you:

Step 1: Order Confirmation & Updates

• As soon as you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it.
• Once your order ships, you’ll get another email with your Econt tracking number so you can:
  • Keep an eye on your delivery.
  • Make any last-minute changes to your delivery address or preferences.

Step 2: Delivery Options Made Easy

• Orders over 50 BGN? Delivery is on us—FREE!
• Orders under 50 BGN:
  • Home or office delivery: 7 BGN flat fee.
  • Prefer picking it up yourself? Choose any Econt office near you, and you can pay (cash or card) directly when you collect your package. Just add their address as shipping address at checkout.

Step 3: Unboxing & Testing

• We know you’ll love your find, but just in case, you’re welcome to preview and test the product at the Econt office before taking it home.
• Changed your mind? No worries—you can return your item within 14 days in line with our return policy.

When Will My Order Arrive?

We’ll do our best to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Econt typically delivers quickly, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
